§ 12.5-16. Permit requirements and standards.

Standards for the construction, repair, modification or destruction of wells shall be those set forth in the "Water Well Rules, Regulations, and Standards, State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation and Development" (November, 1985); applicable Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality standards for the construction of groundwater monitor wells; and such special conditions as are deemed appropriate by the director.
