§ 13-4. Storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store any hazardous materials, including but
not limited to toxic, biological, chemical, explosive and pathogenic hospital wastes
and empty pesticide containers within the parish without first having notified the
fire department of all products stored and having approval of the fire department
of the storage facility's fire protection plan, such plan complying with all applicable
federal, state and local codes and having been reviewed and approved by the fire department
every six (6) months, and without having additionally notified the fire department
seven (7) days in advance of any anticipated changes in product storage at the facility.
