§ 13-57. Permanent closing of station; tanks to be removed.

Any owner of a gasoline filling station who has ceased to operate the gasoline filling station on a permanent basis shall remove the gasoline tanks and backfill the excavation with a sanitary fill or permanently fill the gasoline tanks with sand, water or other similar material that would render the gasoline tanks inoperable and safe.
