§ 13-63. Parish council to act as governing authority.

  • (a)

    The parish council acting as governing authority of the parish communication district, and the parish president acting as administrator of the parish communication district shall conduct its business at its appropriate place on the parish council meeting agenda.

    (b)

    All the rules and procedures set out for handling business items of the parish communication district including but not limited to the expenditure of funds shall be the same as the parish council rules and procedures appropriate to the category in which the parish communication district appears on the meeting agenda of the parish council.

    (c)

    The parish council clerk is hereby directed to include the business of the parish communication district as an item on the council meeting agendas.
