§ 13-80. Exemptions.

Any owner or operator of aboveground tank storage within the parish may request in writing to the department of emergency management that a temporary or permanent exemption from all or part of this article be granted them. Exemptions shall be granted only by the parish council with the advice and recommendation of the director of the department of emergency management.
