§ 13-122. Special permitted use.

Approval of special permitted use shall be obtained from the parish council for all plants involving the processing or storage of hazardous materials in bulk as defined in this article. Any such plant that does not have a currently valid special permitted use that covers all of the containers and equipment subject to this article shall file an application for approval of a special permitted use with the planning department within two (2) year after the approval of this ordinance by the Jefferson Parish Council.
