§ 13-130. Reporting of emissions, releases, leakages or spillages.

The plant shall report emissions, releases, leakages or spillages to the appropriate agency as required by parish, state or federal law. In addition, in the event of obnoxious or offensive emissions of smoke, gas, dust and odors, other noxious or offensive fumes, or spilled liquids the plant shall implement the written portions of the community warning system within ten (10) working days of the event.
