§ 13-131. Emergency plans.

  • Emergency plans shall be maintained by each plant. If there is more than one (1) operator on a site, separate integrated emergency plans shall be required for each operator on a site. All emergency plans shall be forwarded to the Jefferson Parish Hazardous Material Risk Coordinator, the Department of Environmental Affairs, and the appropriate fire department(s) for their reference. Emergency plans shall be re-submitted to these agencies:

    (1)

    When changes and/or amendments are made to the plans;

    (2)

    At least every five (5) years; and

    (3)

    Whenever renewing the plant's special permitted use.
