§ 13-136. Compliance with other standards.

In addition to the provisions in this article, any plant involved in the processing or storage of hazardous materials in bulk shall be in complete compliance with the operational features in standards of the 2000 National Fire Code and any amendments thereto adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council as the Parish Fire Code or any successor to that code or another code and any amendments to any such codes that may be adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council as the Parish Fire Code as well as the International Building Code and any amendments thereto adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council.
