§ 14-5.2. Permit application.

Application for a floodplain development building permit shall be presented to the department of inspection and code enforcement on forms furnished by the department and may include, but not be limited to:
(1)

Plans drawn to scale showing the nature, location, dimensions; and

(2)

Proposed elevation in NAVD 88 to which any non-residential structure will be flood-proofed. A certificate from a registered professional engineer or architect that the non-residential flood-proofed structure shall meet the flood proofing criteria of this chapter; and

(3)

Description of the extent to which any watercourse or natural drainage will be altered or relocated as a result of proposed development; and

(4)

Maintain a record of all such information in accordance with this chapter.
