§ 16-9.3. Grass or weed cutting on parish property.

This section shall apply to the parish and particularly to its contractors. All litter shall be collected prior to cutting grass or weeds on parish property. All parish contracts for grass or weed cutting shall provide that prior to cutting the grass or weeds, the contractor shall collect all litter on the premises to be cut and shall properly dispose of the collected litter. The parish department administering the contract for cutting grass or weeds on parish property is responsible for monitoring the requirements of this section.
