§ 16-61. Approval of air control commission required.

All incinerators or incineration devices shall be approved by the state environmental control commission or their authorized representatives. This includes presently existing facilities and equipment as well as new facilities and equipment. In the case of new installations, approval of the state environmental control commission or their authorized representatives shall be obtained prior to installation or construction.
