§ 16-64. Types of burnable material; feed rate.

No material shall be burned in an incinerator or incineration device which is not suitable to the design of the incinerator or incineration device, in such a manner as to create a nuisance, either directly or indirectly. Both the proper type of material as well as the proper feed rate must be adhered to.
