§ 16-65. Permit required; fees.

(a)

An annual permit shall be obtained from the department of inspection and code enforcement for the operation of each incinerator or incineration device.

(b)

The permit fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the initial permit and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each renewal. If the permit is revoked for noncompliance, a new fee shall be collected upon reapplication for a permit.

(c)

In the case of existing facilities, a permit must be obtained immediately. In the case of new facilities, the permit shall be obtained prior to installation of the incinerator.
