§ 16-67. Persons responsible for compliance.

The compliance with this article is the responsibility of each and all of the following:
(1)

The owner of the property on which the facility is located;

(2)

The owner of the business which uses the incineration facility;

(3)

The operator of the incineration facility;

(4)

The manager of the business which uses and/or operates the incineration facility.
