§ 16-107. Violations.

(a)

Any person who willfully or negligently violates this article or any condition of a permit issued under this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.

(b)

These penalties are in addition to other penalties provided by this article and other ordinances, and such remedies do not exclude or supersede penalties provided by state and federal law.
