§ 17-2. Incorporation of state law by reference.

Latest version.

The State Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law and Regulations of Louisiana, consisting of L.S.A.R.S. 40:601 et seq., in effect on April 15, 1993, is incorporated in this Code by reference, the same being on file in the office of the parish clerk.
