§ 17-50. Established; governance.

The Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority is hereby established in accordance with Act No. 94 of the 1990 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, to be governed by a board appointed in accordance with R.S. 28:831(C). The board shall establish rules and regulations regarding the governance and functions of the authority and the employees.
