§ 17-61. Purpose.

These regulations are established pursuant to section 20-122.1 of the Code of Ordinances of Jefferson Parish adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council to serve as general guidelines for the designation of no smoking areas; use and design of signs; adoption. implementation, dissemination of a written smoking policy; provide for the petition of waivers; provide for the enforcement of penalties for violations as required by the Code of Ordinances.
