§ 17-83. Miscellaneous.

(a)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to permit smoking where it is otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.

(b)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to allow smoking in a public restroom; smoking is prohibited in all public restrooms regardless if the facility or establishment itself is regulated or non-regulated under these regulations.

(c)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to allow smoking in an elevator; smoking is prohibited in all elevators to which the public has access regardless if the facility or establishment itself is regulated or non-regulated under these regulations.
