§ 18.5-20. Sale or transfer.

Latest version.

Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in a massage establishment, the permit therefor shall be null and void. Any person desiring to continue to operate such massage establishment following sale or transfer shall make application therefor pursuant to section 18.5-16.
