§ 19-24. Billing; payment.

At the completion of any work performed pursuant to this article, the proprietary party and/or owner of the premises shall be sent a bill by certified mail delivery confirmation, personal or domiciliary service made by any authorized personnel of the parish, or by any other reasonable method of notification, itemizing the cost of the work in accordance with this article. The proprietary party and/or owner of the premises shall be given ten (10) days from the date of the notice to make payment to the parish before a lien is placed.
