§ 19-46. Declaration as nuisance.

All buildings or structures located outside incorporated municipalities within the parish which are injurious to or a danger to the public health, safety, morals or welfare of the people of the parish, as hereinafter defined, whether vacant or occupied, are hereby declared to be public nuisances.
