§ 19-59. Declaration as nuisance.

Any carwash that emits noise from dryers, buzzers, blowers, vacuums, speaker systems, or the like is hereby declared a nuisance if; (1) the sound level at the boundary of the property exceeds the sound level limit set forth in Table 1 of section 20-102; or (2) the specific acts set forth in section 20-102(h)(1), (2) and (3) occur anywhere on the lot upon which the carwash is located.
