§ 19-68. Enforcement.

(a)

PMZ is authorized to enforce the provisions of this article and to adopt rules and regulations for the proper administration and enforcement of this article, especially with respect to continuous or systematic offenses at a property or neighborhood.

(b)

In addition to all other powers and remedies provided by law, any violation of this article may be brought before the bureau of administrative adjudication.

(c)

In all applicable instances where a person, publisher, distributor, or other party has received notice of a violation of the provisions of this article, such party shall be afforded an opportunity for a hearing to refute such determination and to raise whatever objection said party may have to the issuance of the violation notice. The procedures for hearings are as provided in chapter 2.5, section 2.5-7.

(d)

For the purposes of this article, each occurrence of a violation shall constitute a separate violation.
