Chapter 2.5. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, HOUSING, FIRE CODE, ENVIRONMENTAL AND HISTORIC DISTRICT VIOLATIONS

§ 2.5-3. Hearing officer(s).

(a)

Hearing officer(s) shall be appointed by the Jefferson Parish Council.

(b)

All hearing officers shall be sworn before the parish attorney to uphold the Constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana and the Charter and ordinances of the parish, and to abide by the provisions of the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics before assuming office.
