Chapter 2.5. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, HOUSING, FIRE CODE, ENVIRONMENTAL AND HISTORIC DISTRICT VIOLATIONS

§ 2.5-5. Parish attorney to assist.

No administrative adjudication proceeding shall be instituted under this chapter with respect to any ordinance unless the ordinance is cited in section 2.5-4. Upon the request of any director, the department of law may provide legal assistance in the administration of this chapter and institute legal actions for the enforcement of this chapter and any orders issued under this chapter.
