§ 20-10. Sale of spray paints to minors prohibited.

  • No person shall sell, furnish or dispense to a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years any paint or other indelible liquid substance which is dispensed by means of aerosol spray or from a pressurized container. Nothing in this section, however, shall prohibit a parent or legal guardian of a minor from allowing said minor to use an aerosol spray paint product under adult supervision, providing that said parent or legal guardian shall remain responsible for any damages caused by said minor from the use or misuse of said paint product.
