§ 20-24. Interfering with law enforcement officers.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or interfere with any law enforcement officer in the performance or discharge of his duties.

    (b)

    "Obstruct," for the purposes of this section, shall also include any acts or actions which constitute an "obstruction of" an officer's duties as defined in R.S. 14:108.
