§ 20-26. Interfering with firefighters.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or interfere with any firefighter in the performance or discharge of his official duties.

    (b)

    "Obstruct," for the purposes of this section, shall include the intentional blocking of a street, fire-plug or access to a fire and any other acts or actions which constitute "Obstructing a fireman" as defined in R.S. 14:327.
