§ 20-43. Injury to or destruction of parish property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully, maliciously, wantonly, negligently or otherwise injure, deface or destroy real property, or improvements thereon, or movable or personal property, belonging to or leased to the parish, its districts, agencies, and/or departments.
