§ 20-124. Same—Penalty.
Latest version.
Any person violating this provision shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed one (1) month, or both such fine and imprisonment within the discretion of the court. Each day in which the provisions of section 20-123 are violated shall constitute a separate offense. Any minor found guilty of violating the provisions of section 20-123 shall be subject to the laws and procedures set forth in the Louisiana Childrens' Code Articles 100, et seq.
