§ 21-3. Parking on playgrounds.

(a)

No person shall park, or cause to be parked, any vehicle on playgrounds located in the parish.

(b)

The provisions of this section shall not apply to those areas of the playground specifically designated as parking areas.

(c)

No person shall park, or cause to be parked, any vehicle overnight in designated parking areas on playground facilities.
