§ 22-49. Placard required.

Prior to the conducting of the business activity under this article the permittee must submit to the department of planning the permit secured from the sheriff and secure from the department a permit placard which will contain the trade name of the vendor, the authorized location, and the year of authorization together with the parish authorization to conduct such business activity which placard must be displayed conspicuously at the location at all times during the conduct of business.
