§ 22-53. Change of location.

Any vendor selling food, food products, seafood of any kind, or beverages under this article from a temporary facility may not change location without obtaining a permit for the new location. Any vendor selling merchandise under this article from a mobile facility may change location without a new or separate permit, provided said vendor does not sell or dispense at a single location for more than thirty (30) minutes within a twenty-four-hour period. Whether a permit is issued for one (1) or more than one (1) location, the vendor must comply with all other applicable provisions of this article.
