§ 22-80. Exclusions

The provisions of section 22-79 shall not be applicable to any mobile food dispensing vehicle or mobile catering vehicle which exclusively sells or dispenses snowballs or snow cones for consumption by the public. For the purposes of this section a "snowball" or "snow cone" is a dessert item made of compacted shaved or powdered ice, flavored with a colored sugary syrup, and served in a cup with a spoon or straw, and meant to be eaten like an ice cream cone.
