§ 22-90. Inspection.

Immediately upon issuing any permit provided for in division 2 of this article, the sheriff or any of his deputies shall at any time thereafter and at reasonable hours make an inspection of the place of business as provided in the permit and shall determine whether or not such business is carried on or conducted by the person and in the manner provided in the permit, and the application upon which the permit was issued, and whether the permit is posted as provided by division 2 of this article and whether or not the other provisions of this article are being observed in the carrying on of such business.
