§ 22-105. Bond required.

In order to insure the payment of all taxes, fees and other expenses and costs incurred in the operation of its business activities, in addition to all other requirements herein set forth each transient vendor, canvasser, solicitor, and merchant shall post a cash bond or a security bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) with the sheriff.
