§ 22-109. Forfeiture.
The violation of any of the provisions of this article or the doing of business otherwise than as provided in the application and permit issued thereon shall constitute a forfeiture of the permit and the parish council may suspend the operation of such permit not to exceed ten (10) days, and upon the request of the holder of such permit, grant a hearing and rule upon such forfeiture. Should the parish council find that there has been a violation of the conditions of the permit working a forfeiture of the permit, such permit may be immediately forfeited, surrendered and cancelled. A forfeiture of the permit shall not entitle the permittee to any refund of taxes or fees paid.
