§ 23-66. Travel advances.

Upon receipt of a regular parish requisition, the department of finance will issue an advance to cover the cost of travel. The requisition must show the name of the person who will travel, the destination, the official reason for such travel, the dates of departure and return, and an estimate of the total cost of the trip. The requisition should be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to departure.
