§ 23-258. Medical board.

The board of trustees may accept the decisions, suggestions or reports of the Louisiana State Medical Disability Board as provided in LRS 33:6129 or the board of trustees may especially employ a physician or physicians to examine disability retirees or proposed disability retirees and report to the board of trustees his or their findings.
