The parish's thoroughfare plan is hereby made a part of this article, and all text,
tables, maps, and other graphics shall form a part of this article as if all the matter
and information set forth thereon were fully described and copied herein. Where any
text, table, map, or other graphic of the thoroughfare plan is of the same subject
matter and is inconsistent with any text, table, map, or other graphic of the remainder
of the transportation element of the comprehensive plan, the text, table, map, or
other graphic of the Thoroughfare Plan shall prevail. The thoroughfare plan is accessible
only from the Planning Department and the Public Works Department of the Parish of
Jefferson.
