§ 26-2. Permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct fairs, exhibitions, shows, circus performances or other events which constitute an amusement attraction or utilize an amusement ride as defined in this article without first obtaining a permit from the department of citizens' affairs no more than ninety (90) days nor less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event.
