§ 27-72. Approval required for potential obstructions to drainage.

Any person, organization, contractor or other entity may submit a written application to the director of the drainage department requesting permission to place material, or construct/place improvements, in a drainage canal/ditch, on the banks of a drainage canal/ditch or on a drainage servitude. The director of the department of drainage can deny the application. If the director of the drainage department approves the application, the director of the department of engineering must concur with the approval.
