§ 27-108. Order of abatement.

Latest version.

The issuance of an injunction or order of abatement pursuant to this division may be petitioned by the following:
(1)

The Parish of Jefferson, or any proper officer thereof or, the duly authorized representative thereof; or

(2)

Any owner of adjacent or neighboring property who is especially damaged by such a violation.
