§ 27-111. Exemption for wetlands.

The provisions of this division are not applicable to wetlands designated as such by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with the exception that the provisions of this division shall be applicable to any artificially induced mosquito breeding area or artificial container which may be found on or which may be located on such wetlands.
