§ 27-221. Fees for service after business hours.

The fees for installation of service provided in this chapter shall be for services rendered during normal business hours of the department. Same day installation of service will be provided when payment is received by 2:00 p.m. When payment is received after 2:00 p.m. installation of service will be preformed the following day.

Same day installation can be provided when payment is received after 2:00 p.m. ONLY AT THE USER'S REQUEST. In this case the director shall impose an additional charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for administrative, personnel and security costs incurred by the department when turning on service after normal business hours.
