§ 28-10. Notification of derailments or release of hazardous materials required.

All railroads operating within the parish are required to notify the office of communication services of any derailment of any rail vehicle transporting hazardous materials or the unintentional release of a hazardous material from any rail vehicle immediately upon their knowledge of said derailment or unintentional release.
