§ 28-11. Violations.

  • (a)

    Generally. Whoever violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-10.

    (b)

    Actions to enjoin violations. The president of the parish or the chairman of the council is hereby authorized and empowered to bring injunctive or other civil action, in the name and on behalf of the parish, against any person, firm or corporation, or officer, agent or employee thereof, to enjoin any acts or practices which may violate the provisions of this chapter.
