§ 28-7. Sections 28-5 and 28-6 not to affect railroad cars in incorporated areas or parked near plants.

Nothing in the foregoing provisions of sections 28-5 and 28-6 shall apply to railroad cars situated within the incorporated areas of the parish, nor to railroad cars parked in the immediate vicinity of an industrial or commercial plant.
